Summer flowers

The brighter the sun, the more flowers grow, and we’re happy that so many flowers are available again. One flower even more beautiful than the next. Besides the undisputed queen of summer, the sunflower, there are lots of other flowers that trigger that same happy summer feeling.

The Allium is basically the floral definition of summer. The stylish stem and spectacular flowering head with lots of tiny little flowers comes in many different colours. The gladiolus grows tall and stands out from the crowd with flowers growing on each side of the stem. A grand and thrilling summer flower! The sweet william (Dianthus barbatus) stirs things up a bit with his happy red, pink or purple petals, or dual-coloured petals like red and white or white and purple.
