Now also online: submitting claims

The process of submitting claims to us is now much easier and more convenient with a few pushes of a button. On the webshop, within your personal profile, you can find a new ’claims’ tab.

Here you can find an overview of the claims you have submitted. You will also see a button for generating a new claim. As soon as you click on it, you will see a list of your purchased products. A grey line means that you can no longer submit a claim given the time that has elapsed (48 hours after delivery). You may submit a claim for the white product lines. To do so, click on ‘start’ alongside the product and then complete all the information. As soon as everything has been specified, the claim can be submitted and it is up to your account manager to assess it. We strive to respond within 24 hours. Your account manager can assess the claim in the following way: approved, rejected, or in progress. Its status can be found in the claim overview, but your account manager will also contact you for any further clarification. If you have any questions in the meantime, you can always get in touch.
