This takeover reflects Noviflora’s multi-local strategy based on market leadership, which focuses on the market areas of Northern and Central Europe. Borås will be Noviflora’s fourth branch in Sweden, alongside Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Uppsala.

Noviflora is taking a participating interest in the Norwegian company Vestfold Blomst AS, which enables them to join forces and increase their collaboration. This participating interest reflects Noviflora’s multi-local strategy based on market leadership, which focuses on the market areas of Northern and Central Europe. Noviflora already has companies in Sweden and Switzerland and is now adding Norway to the list.
