How do I become a customer?
You can become a customer by filling in the registration form. Once you have done this, we will contact you to discuss the options. We will create a customer profile for you, which you can use to sign in on the website that gives you access to the webshop.

What is the Hunter tool?
As a Noviflora customer, you will have access to the Hunter tool with your log-in details. Hunters are our product specialists who travel all across Europe to find the most beautiful plants and flowers for you. The tool allows you to see the hunts on the Hunter page. In other words, you will be among the first to see our new, beautiful or special products. If you see something you like, you can buy the products. You can also follow your favourite Hunter here. If you do so, you will automatically receive an email when new hunts are available.
How do I keep up to date with Noviflora news?
You can stay informed about us via the newsletter that we send to our customers every month. You can also follow us on social media, via the Hunter tool and the blogs on the website. In addition, as a customer you can contact your account manager directly; they will keep you informed of the latest news.
How is transport arranged?
We will examine together with you how we can best organise transportation. We transport the products in lorries, under optimal conditions. We can deliver the products to the door of your shop, but you can also pick them up at a central collection point or at our branches in the Netherlands or Sweden. Transportation costs and delivery times depend on the location of your delivery point. Once the order has been confirmed, you can count on your order leaving here and arriving with you in good time.
